Preparing for Death...


Keep in mind that the law is different in every state... not to mention there's city and state regulations when it comes to laws.


Alive:  you'll need a living will aka Advanced Health Care Directives, power of attorney, medical power of attorney, otherwise first of kin gets dibs.


Post Death Preparation:

1) Write your last will and testament, name an executor.
Signature of at least two witnesses and get it notarized.

The average cost of a funeral is over $6500 according to the web...

List your liabilities and assets...
