Business Attire ....
Express.... cuts off at size 14, otherwise their Columnist Pants and Editor Pants has a good stretch for my curve body girls that's at the borderline plus size end.
Male clothing for their fitted shirts have a nice stretch to it too ... (M) for me fits just fine even for a size 16girl... just bust area's a struggle... lol
Color wise:
Black, Grey, Charcoal heath grey, white, navy blue, royal blue
Plus Size:
So far most people recommended Lane Bryant

Formal At Work Shoes: Oxfords, Loafers, Flats, Boots
Shoes: For all day standing or walking around at work....
My coworkers recommended:
*Cole Haan: Zero Grand Oxfords and flats. But it's expansive.... about $130s (on sale) to over $200 a pair give or take...but the nice discovery is that DSW seems to have some of their similar variety Zero Grand for $59.95
These I found today in Nordstrom Rack:
*Lucky Brand: Eeleesia flats ($39.97);
I had to buy a size up... but it's comfortable, like memory foam.

*Clarks: Blanche Nora Bow Flat ($59.97)
This brand's shoes are very comfortable... and M is not too shabby, even for wide feet.
*VANELi: was the nice discovery of today..."Vaneli: Beatriz" Bootie ...

UGG makes loafers that's pretty comfortable too, but the fit...is best to try in person first.
And most people swear by Crocs.... it tends to run wide in my experience and rubbery...
Other comfortable shoe brands:
